Lee Kuo
Lee joined Lumos Law in 2017 after spending over a decade in-house at Yahoo! During his time at Yahoo!, Lee supported numerous products and functions, including search, search distribution, software and mobile app distribution, commerce properties, advertising product initiatives, strategic partnerships, and strategic sourcing and procurement, to name a few. As Associate General Counsel, Partnerships, he and his team negotiated and advised on some of Yahoo’s most important monetization deals.
Lee started his legal career at Jones Day and then moved to Morrison & Foerster where he primarily represented start-up and middle-market companies across a broad array of industries, advising on general corporate matters and negotiating venture financing and M&A transactions. Lee graduated Order of the Coif from Loyola Law School and earned a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA.
