Keri Topkins
Keri joined Lumos Law in 2023 after spending time in-house at multiple media and tech companies for over 15 years. During this time, Keri drafted and negotiated online and mobile game licenses, software development agreements, music licenses, strategic partnerships and procurement initiatives as well as many other commercial agreements. She supported the digital business and new digital advertising initiatives for News Corp as Associate General Counsel and was the lead commercial counsel for the New York Post. Keri then moved to ad tech and ran the North American commercial legal team at Criteo. She was a strategic advisor to the sales team and managed the publishing, data partnerships and retail media legal function globally. After Criteo she was Deputy General Counsel and Global Head of the global commercial legal team at Quantcast.
Keri began her legal career at Clifford Chance before moving to Goodwin Procter. She has a BA from Wesleyan University with High Honors and received her J.D. from NYU Law School.
